A Mind Full of Light

In these days of the coronavirus and the aftermath of an untidy American election, we are called upon to be close and careful thinkers, to pay attention to ourselves and to the things that need our time and consideration.  Those of us who consider ourselves thoughtful, spiritual thinkers believe that we must stay true to clear, high-minded thinking and never let our minds fall into disarray and violence.  This, of course, is due to our belief that our thoughts drive our world and that to be safe and healthy, we must pay close attention to the kinds of thoughts we are engaging in and never let ourselves fall into carelessness and despair.

Think and act in new ways...

If we do not like the world we see in front of us, it is up to us to think and act in new ways.  We must choose to lead out with ideas of Divinely-guided Wisdom and sincerely-motivated Love.  It is ours to bring our best selves into every single, dawning day.  Frankly, our towns, our states, our country, our planet need the absolute best of us… our most directed, kind, most inspired mindsets night and day.

"Have enthusiasm and, above all, have a consciousness of love...

Let’s imagine ourselves as beacons of light coming forth in a shadowy world that needs enlightenment.  As ontologist, Ernest Holmes, wrote, “Have enthusiasm and, above all, have a consciousness of love… a radiant feeling flowing through your consciousness at all times.”  (Science of Mind, 184)
